Caps lock is okay if there's normal spelling... PNG format has transparent background (if you make it so), I dunno other programs that allow that except Photoshop. I use Paint Tool SAI and it won't make a normal PNG so I have to go to PS for that.

Her body look under detailed compared to here face. Other than that, fantastic skin tones and shading above her lips.

Can't really find anything wrong with it. Nice bit of skin texture around the edges.

thank you. I am still learning, everyday I try to watch at least 3 or 4 tutorials and I practice every other day..

It is quite a hassle to model characters... so, props on that.
The armor looks amazing, but a bit too plastic. All and all, the only thing missing from this model is texture.
Aside from texture, this character looks amazing.
