This is just weird... but I do like cross breeding... ah F*** it, 5/5
Also, I've seen this style before, what is it called?

The misregistration with the line plate? or the color layer? You talking about the carving style?
I need to practice subtle changes in skin tone. Any suggestions on how I can do so? I remember sending you a question about finding my art style a while ago, so I'd like to have some advice. Maybe a video you could link me to? And as always, twisted and yet so real. And when I say real, I don't mean "Real, as in realistic details." I mean that your art captures sadness and emotion. I love making pictures that have signs of emotion.
If you go on google and type of skin tone tutorials you'll find a bunch. It's good to remember that skin isn't always a bunch of browns, pinks, flesh, etc. When shading eyes add some green, or depending on your background try blue or whatever color is dominant with the drawing. Experiment!
Thank you for your kind reveille too!
I like when art looks realistic but is still surreal, I just can't get proper skin tones, are there any techniques you suggest?
Hmm, be very delicate when it comes to skin, and draw how you see skin through studies and practice. I aim for realistic unrealistic pictures xD so thanks!
How old are you, friend? And which pencils do you use?
I am twenty and I just use faber castell 5b pencils, not much variety xP
How much would you say you spend on these recipes? Anyways... this looks close enough to looking like a painting.
Time wise this took me about an hour and a half to make, not counting the time I spent waiting for the capers to dehydrate.
Money wise it cost about $40 to buy all the ingredients, but I bought more than I needed to make the two plates that I put together. The amount of stuff I bought would make about 5 or 6 plates.
I can't get the proper way to smooth my sculptures... What technique would you suggest?
I use fine sandpaper and fine files.
Thanks for the review!
That's gotta be one of the most epic things I've ever seen, AND I'VE SEEN A BANANA SLIP ON A FOOT!... this is my new background.
heh heh... yeah, I had fun w/ this one... thanks for the feedback...
ADORABLE! I need something like this to drink from...
Thank you!
Your lucky to have found your art style, I can't do anything with the same style or I get bored with it...
Well even if it is good to have a style I try to do something different with every art work to keep it interesting, and better myself as an artist. Also, thanks for the review!
how do you get that classic artstyle? Also... funny as hell.
Thanks!
